Finally this piece is finished, made it for friend Mephi who gifted me a Yakuza game and I insisted that I had to return the favor somehow. Made it simple by copying the Sonic Channel wallpaper style. Special thanks to Kris Dobbins and VirtualGiA for giving feedback and giving art
